BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. The promotion for Malaysian residents is applicable to Malaysian passport holders, foreign nationals holding work permit/permanent residence states/ students visa in Malaysia co-sharing a cabin.  
2. Name as per NRIC/ Passport, Date of birth and Nationality information is required for booking. 
3. No change in booking allowed once it is confirmed. 
4. Astro Ocean Cruises reserve the right to cancel or substitute any information or scheduled port of call / itinerary / price / program / vessel / cabin at any time without prior notice. 

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Deposit of 50% of total cruise fare per person required to secure booking, full payment is required 90 days before the sailing date. If the booking is done less than 90 days before the departure date, full fare will be collected to secure booking.
2. Deposit is not refundable once booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and amendment charges apply after booking is confirmed. 
4. Cruise fares, staterooms and schedules are subject to availability and changes. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

• All cancellation fee imposed will be based on full cruise fare and holiday surcharge (if applicable).
• Cancellation fees stated above are applicable for low and mid season only. 
• For Peak season, 100% cancellation fees apply. 
• Cancellation notice must be given in writing to Lovely Memory Holiday at least 2 working days before the due deadline. Lovely Memory Holiday will not be responsible for late cancellation notice to the cruise and subsequent charges if insufficient notice is given to us.
• An administrative fee of RM120 per person will be charged for processing any changes, refunds on behalf of passengers.
• All cancellation will be imposed with RM!50 per person for refund processing

• Lovely Memory Holiday Sdn Bhd is a booking agent and shall not be liable for any cancellation or changes to any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/program or any actions taken by Astro Ocean Cruises. In the event that passengers are due any compensations or refunds from Resort World Cruises Pte. Ltd, it will be subject to the compensation and refund being released to the booking agent before the agent reimburses the passengers.

All the above will be subjected to change without prior notice.

PASSAGE RESTRICTIONS

1. All passports must have at least 6 months of validity from the sailing date
2. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents and visas are in order before departure from their home country.
3. Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+
4. Age of Infant: 6 months to less than 2 years old. Infants must be at least 6 months old on date of sailing to be allowed to board.
5. Passage of pregnant women will only permitted before her 24th week pregnancy at the time of sailing and must accompanied with doctor’s certificate stating that she is fit to travel at sea. No refund or compensation will be given in the event of cancellation due to pregnancy.
6. Astro Ocean Cruises - Piano Land reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical condition is not made known prior to sailing and SHALL NOT be required to REFUND cruise fare paid.
7. NO REFUND will be made to passengers denied embarkation for non-compliance of health or immigration requirements.
8. All guests are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol and / or alcoholic drink onboard the ship. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LOVELY MEMORY HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. IS AN AGENT TO BOOK CRUISE PACKAGES OFFERED BY THE PROVIDERS OF CRUISE SERVICES. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS REGARDING ANY FAILURE OR BREACH WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OFFERED ARE LIMITED TO CLAIMS AGAINST THE CRUISE SERVICE PROVIDERS. LOVELY MEMORY HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED FROM OR PROVIDED BY ANY CRUISE OR OTHER SERVICE SUPPLIER BOOKED THROUGH LOVELY MEMORY HOLIDAY SDN. BHD.
